"This was our luxury stay in Japan. We absolutely loved the traditional ryokan and the private onsen was just dreamy. We had the option to book an hour every morning and evening—we just booked in the evening because in the morning we are usually ready to get our day started (and I think the bookings started maybe at 8am?). "Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you.
