"The room was nice and the breakfast was very good. However, the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. As an example: my wife got tea one night, so they then brought a tray with tea and honey every morning for her. They noticed everything and were so happy to make our stay pleasant. "

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"Built in 1500's, the B&B rooms on the 3rd floor have been nicely renovated and retain the historic charm. The location is central and within walking distance to major sites. Parking was very convenient. Light typical Italian breakfast was included. Simone and staff were very helpful. "

"Buranelli Charme Rooms is a true gem in the heart of Treviso. Lovely canal view and adorable little piazza just steps away. I wish we had spent more time in Treviso and if I return I would stay here again. "
