"This was the BEST hotel we stayed in during a 10 day trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. We loved walking around Sorrento and the rooftop terrace. Every time we left our room, we came back to it clean. The breakfast was great and felt like an all inclusive resort. Breakfast was amazing and although the rooftop terrace bar was only open our last afternoon/night we loved the ambiance of this area.
