When we arrived, our room was not ready. We were given another room; the process took a little bit more time, but the desk manager was eager to get us situated. The bathtub stopper didn't work (I had to keep refilling the water), and the toilet did not flush (my husband fixed the chain mechanism). The breakfast was very good and well-attended by the server.

Pool, hot tub and laundry facilities were all out of service. That’s not listed anywhere on the website! We were staying there in Chickasha for a softball tournament and were needing the laundry and my daughter was excited to swim. For what we paid for one night, we expected all the amenities to be available to us.

There were several things that were disappointing. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The sink was missing a drain. No television guide. Some kind of alarm would go off periodically. I could hear The pool was closed for repair. For the price of $175 I have been in nicer hotels. The staff was friendly, but the room needed some attention.

The pool and hot tub was broken.. I was double charged for my room. The man that checked us in thought he was being funny to me but said some rude things about how cold it was outside to me.. it was gross. I won’t stay here again. The manager the next morning said she fixed the problem with the double booking . I ended up having to dispute it with my bank to get it settled. Thank god for receipts.

The light by our door inside our room didn't work. We were there for 3 days and I told them on day one. It was never fixed nor were we offered another room. It was really dark and made it hard to see things in the fridge and closet. Especially if someone was in the bathroom.

Got to the room, both room phones didn’t work, bathroom had an odd smell, and the tv remote had the batteries removed. All annoying but minor. However on our second night, we came back late for the event we came to the area for and were locked out our room at 1:30am. The door was locked from the inside. We alerted the front desk staff person who scrambled to find the cause. My fiancé and I thought there might be someone inside with our things and potentially dangerous (?). We didn’t know what to think it was late. After 45 mins and the staff person debating calling the cops as they didn’t have security - my fiancé looked up how to unlock the latch from the outside and we got in. Our room had new towels so we knew housekeeping had come after we left. The staff person apologised again, said it must have somehow accidentally fallen when the cleaners left the room and said to come down in the morning. We finally got to sleep at 4am and were woke at 9 am by housekeeping. We asked for them to come back later so we could rest as checkout is at 12. We were woken up twice more when they knocked again at 10:30 & 11:40. When it was finally time (12) we went down to check out and follow up (and couldn’t call down to check out as the phones didn’t work). Since then each time we call, they say they will call back within an hour or so with meaningful resolution… they haven’t despite calling thrice. The last person said ‘it wasn’t our fault’. Like ?? Confused frustrated. Avoid.

House keeping knocked on my door at 9am just to see if I checked out early. they didn’t announce themselves, they just banged on the door loudly, waiting for someone to answer with no care that they could be waking someone from their sleep. This property also has to call expedia, and I had to wait because they haven’t fixed whatever connection is needed between the two

Pool and hot tub was closed. And there were barely any residents in the hotel, but we had neighbors on all sides. Think they should space them out. Also woke up to barking dogs for hours.

I left my granddaughters in the car and went in the lobby to registe. There was noone there. I knocked on doors, shouted out, walked. In adjacent room and nobody. Finally called hotel phone and the mgr. answered. She was somewhere else in the hotel. I could have walked out the door with anything that was there.
