"Room was only partially cleaned. Floors were dirty. Food crumbs on furniture. The staff did offer to move us, but was too tired from traveling to want to move. Beds were clean and comfortable "

"Diego at the front desk helped us check in much earlier than normal check in time. The only issue was 2 out of the 3 elevators in the grand tower weren’t working, with how busy the 1 working elevator was, our only option was the service stairs. After speaking with Diego again he helped us get a room in a different tower. Our experience was much smoother and enjoyable after this, Diego was a great help and an excellent employee. "

"Popped in due to a flight cancellation and they were very accommodating and friendly. Room was spacious and enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator. Nice couch/lounging area. Bed was comfy and shower hot! Complimentary breakfast was yummy and hot 😊"
