Ojo. Todo maravilloso pero el elevador no funcionaba. Y no se veía que fuera temporal que ya lleva tiempo así. El tema es al subir las maletas. Fácil de caminar al centro después de 30 min. accesible. O usar 2 estaciones de metro. En la esquina del lugar está un bar, que si puede ser ruidos los viernes y sábado. Nada exagerado. Puedes cocinar y lavar ropa en tu misma habitación. Una joya.

First impression was not great. Broken elevator (has been for months according to reviews) and we were on the fourth floor (annoying after walking for miles and miles). The room really needs a paint job and a new rug, but was otherwise very clean. Super comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. The wash/dry laundry was trying to twist itself to death and was incredibly loud. Walls were thin could hear neighbors. The blinds were lacking. Woke up to the sun shining directly on my face despite the blinds being closed. Would have liked some curtains to cover the cracks. The gap under the door was quite large and leant to a feeling of no privacy.

The room was great but there was a bar below us that had extremely loud party music playing until 2am that made it impossible to sleep.

Booked 2+ months in advance. Checked both their website and Expedia to ensure rooms were avaliable. They cancelled our booking around 11:30am the day of our 2-day stay and did not communicate this with Expedia. Instead, sent us an email that they overbooked their rooms and ours was cancelled. We spent 3 hours looking for another hotel in the area with no luck as our event had drawn a crowd. Sonder really didn’t know they overbooked until day of or did they just want to jack up their prices and give our room out? Either way, poor communication and poor experience. Day of people...come on. By the way, there is a club in their building and it was loud an crowded at all hours. Our event was next door so we could still check out the scene.

Great place to stay, excellent location. Only downside is elevator was out so climbing to the 4th floor was tough each time, especially with luggage. Should be fixed soon and will be staying here again for sure

Building is nice, and the room was great. Elevator was out of service, but that’s not a huge deal for me. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs! The train is very close to the building and is quite loud. Other than that, my stay was great.

jess was rude about telling me the elevator was down and had zero compassion. there was a poop in my toilet when i arrived. forced to carry luggage up five flights of stairs and was expected to do that multiple times a day and jess was laughing about the elevator not getting fixed until after my stay. i would never book here again, it was a nightmare. luckily i was able to get a hotel at river hotel which was a thousand times better in customer service, location, and property. the river hotel turned my trip around after sonder ruined my actual birthday. i should've been refunded fully for my whole stay honestly but had to argue with everyone for hoursss so i let it go for the sake of my trip and birthday.

Very good apartment, except the fact that the elevator was not working. However, there is a nigth club close by, so it is difficult to sleep most of the nights until 3:00am, unless you have good earplugs.

I don’t usually leave hotel ratings, but there were two major issues that made our stay a disappointment- no elevator and no AC. The hotel’s elevator was out of service for our entire stay. We were assigned the 4th floor. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room - it was 77 degrees inside. After one night, they switched our room to the 5th floor. No improvement. This is definitely a common complaint as both rooms were equipped with large oscillating fans. The lack of elevator did become quite annoying as it required us to climb 84 stairs every time we returned to our room. The hotel was very clean, and any staff we encountered were friendly. However, the lack of a working elevator and a functioning AC made this a very disappointing stay.
