Small room is my only complaint, seems they cut the room in half, other that that room was quite and dining options around hotel were good

The room was clean and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was open unsecured network. The television I guess was streaming, and it was very bad lots of pausing very disruptive.

The room was not anything special looked like a closet, small, no view outside windows at all, lobby smelled bad, for some reason there was kitchen utensils left inside the bathroom, hotel makes you pay for parking and claim it to be “convenient” but you STILL have to walk 10 minutes from parking garage to to hotel. I will say the attendant at the front desk was kind and helped us check in. The worker was the only good thing the hotel has.

The hotel is conveniently located but the building is certainly old so the rooms and bathrooms are small. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so that made it somewhat unpleasant.

Honestly was the best hotel I could’ve picked. It made every night feel cozy. And the complimentary water bottles came in clutch 😂! Everything is near by, if not then transportation around the hotel is also really close. Will be back !

The front staff is amazing, had a last minute change of mind about the room I book and they upgraded us on spot. Everyone there is amazing and very helpful! The hotel its self is at a prime location and only a few minutes walk away from the attractions in Chicago. The valet service was good and very handy in a busy city like Chicago.
