NO FREE PARKING. I initially booked this room because it was listed as "free parking" in expedia when I searched for a room. Turned out you had to pay for the parking lot in the back or pay for valet. All street parking situations outside had a limit of 6 hours of parking. I stayed at the Home2Suites and it was nice! There's options to wash your dishes and even cook something if you ask for a portable stove top to be brought to your room. They didnt have hand soap for the bathroom but that was fixed by the front desk.

This property is three in one, we didn’t realize this. The pool was so packed you couldn’t really swim with littles, and it’s heavily chlorinated so effects breathing and eyes also causing the pool to be so cloudy. Breakfast was very limited. There was still some garbage on the floor from someone before and the shampoo was either empty or broke. Otherwise it was very quiet in the room, tv kept freezing up. Staff is super friendly

For 3 hotels in one building that pool is extremely too small. Each hotel should have their own pool. As we could not enjoy it during our stay due to the fact there was an over amount of children in the area. Over 20 kids in one group.

Nice place. Well taken care of, can walk to restaurants and bars. Room was laid out nice. The little kitchenette was well designed and would be useful for a longer stay. Breakfast was more than adequate. Took a big long to handle a maintenance issue but nothing extraordinary. Nice stay.

This property had an exceptional view of Chicago’s skyline. It was located amongst many nice Resturants and was across the street from Wintrust arena which is a beautiful entertainment complex.

Nice hotel! The food choices were limited. The food in the hotel restaurants was just ok...but it definitely was not worth the price! The cost of parking is ridiculous at $59/day!

The property and staff were great! Just my “ neighbors “ have kids running g around on the hall at 3 a.m. keep us awake and not resting at all. The staff took care of them for a few al hours, but they got back at it next night.

Staff was incredibky nice, hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was very nice. My only dislike was that we went to use the pool and you couldnt even see the bottom as the water was so cloudy. Opted to not use.

New Year's Eve vacation
I enjoyed my stay and so did the family. However, the mattress was very worn, paper towels had stains on them, one of the tables were not clean, and the room smelled like feet and dampness. Other than that the room decor was very nice and modern. Parking was also too expensive.

Everything About this Property.. was going to Soldier Field.. walking distance.. good place to sit and eat..right next door.. had to take the Train to the plane..walking distance.. the cleanliness of the hotel and my room excellent.. the complimentary breakfast perfect for me.. the Staff was courteous and respectful..and the Price.. on Point.. thank you for making it a great trip

What a great experience! Customer service was best we’ve ever experienced. Room was comfortable, beautiful view, convenient with sofa bed, convenient location for our event at McCormick Place. Would 100% stay there again. Well done!

Our room wasn’t ready for checkin as promised at 4. We didn’t get our room until 6. The last was rude and said we had no choice to wait. I asked for some kind of discount or voucher for drinks & she said absolutely not.
