great hotel, bad parking service

A great hotel with great facilities and service. The only problem is the extremely expensive parking fee.(380 NT) And the parking lot is really far!!Very inconvenient. If it was a hotel close to MRT in Taipei or Kaohsiung, I can understand if there is no free parking lot. The parking fee is ridiculously expensive. 停車場真的太遠了 而且停車費只折抵四小時，如果要做假日遊客的生意，這是遠遠不夠的。我的車從晚上七點到隔天中午退房，飯店折抵四小時後還要繳380台幣! 因為是假日收費!

Bad accommodation experience

No parking lot and the nearby parking space cost is not cheap. There is no negotiation for just 1 check-out late for free. The shower equipment is very unstable.

訂了兩間一間雙人一間四人浴室蓮蓬頭都水量忽強忽弱，忽冷忽熱，(別跟我說剛好只是一間的運氣)小朋友及大人被燙好多次，一直哇哇叫，洗到超生氣，不怕你家寶貝燙傷就去碰運氣吧，服務人員也無法處理，雷～～

房間清潔只有整理垃圾沒有重新鋪床 有跟櫃檯人員反應 他們說只要按清潔燈就會整理床鋪 我們三天都有按 可是都沒有整理 其實也知道床鋪不會每天更換 只是有沒有重新鋪床感覺真的有差 而且是說有房間整理的 住了那麼多間第一次遇到沒有整理床只收垃圾

浴室的水壓不夠 水不熱，住2樓會有水壓不夠的問題滿奇怪的，水時大時小，忽冷忽熱，大部分的時候都只有冷水，請人員來看過，表示可能是太多住客同時用水，但3個小時後情況也沒有特別改善，洗澡洗到心情很差⋯ 2樓煙味超濃，開門後菸味通通灌進房間，明明禁菸還有濃濃菸味真的匪夷所思 優點的話就是服務人員很親切，僅此而已
