「Ottimo ambiente」

「I recommend the path from the train station that is longer, but has no stairs. The hotel is beautiful, but we were experiencing a heat wave and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with big rooms and high ceilings. The staff was extremely helpful.」

「AC not enough, private bedroom but not apartment , steps later we found on details , if you get luggage is a problem . Nothing confortable at least the bedroom for my booking」

「The room and the location of the hotel was above expectations. The room had a coffe machine, large bathrooms and a really comfortable bed. No parking nearby but we parked near the harbor and walked up to the hotel (approx 6 min walk). Really nice piazza just outside the hotel were we had breakfast. Would definitely come back!」

Got there early and allowed us to check in rather than just leave luggage.... also sent lots of info regarding restaurants i Genoa Snacks & coffee available to take too A great location, great room, and would definitely stay again!」

「Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...
