Thank you for a wonderful peaceful stay. The staff were great! Everyone from the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. I loved the balcony view of the Makong River! Very relaxing to watch the boats on the river.

Great for price

Hotel has great view's over the river and tge swimming pool was fantastic. Room's clean but a little tired. Bed was really good quality and breakfast great

Okay stay

Good things: nice people, very good bath, soft pillows, good waiting area, nice pool. Not so good: very hard bed, noisy air conditioner, shower is next to the toilet, food at breakfast was often cold. Near a place where they blare music/make loud announcements at all hours of the day. You have to walk a bit to get into the town.

居住環境臨近湄公河邊，遠眺老撾，一河之隔，酒店房間很干淨，房間也很寬敞舒適。我更欣賞它有很多部免費單車供住客使用，很方便我們出入市中心遊玩和進膳，更可以單車代步，漫遊青盛古城，實一賞心樂事也。

Eine komplette Enttäuschung

Ein für Thailand total untypisches Hotel. Kalt, funktionell, keinerlei Liebe zum Detail erkennbar. Harte, unbequeme Matratzen, null Ablagefläche im Bad, keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Duschtücher. Das Frühstück war eher lieblos, man isst in einem Speisesaal, der an eine Jugendherberge erinnert. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und geduldig (anfangs klappte der Login ins Internet bei mir nicht, die junge Dame an der Rezeption half mir sehr freundlich), können den Gesamteindruck aber auch nicht wirklich positiv beeinflussen. Pluspunkt: kostenlose Leihfahrräder in der Lobby, die allerdings kaputte Bremsen, schiefe Sättel und teilweise platte Reifen haben. Das ganze Hotel ist eine echte Katastrophe.

Noisy air conditioning.

The air conditioning is old, making too much noise, nearly impossible to sleep. Further more, there's a karaoke party in the lobby area until 10pm.

EAT, PAY, WAIT ONE HOUR AND VOMIT ALL. SAUCE WAS OFF I THINK. CHEAPEST TRASH INGREDIENTS, HORRIBLE COOK, STUPID HIGH PRICES. INSULTING RIP OFF.

It's a shame. The experience could be really good

It's a shame. The experience could be really good with very little effort from management, but nobody here seems to care much. On the positive side: - Great comfortable bed - Lovely view of the Mekong from the balcony The negatives: - None of the staff speak any English (nor Chinese), which is unusual for a hotel in this price range, especially as they seem keen on attracting international visitors - The internet connection is horrible. The staff seem to have no clue what to do about it other than restart the routers, which doesn't help - The aircon is loud, really loud. A bit like sitting in an old Boeing 747. Whirrs, buzzes and clatters all the time. It even drowns out the noise of the water pressure pump switching on and off all night. - The shower cannot be set to be warm. It's either ice cold or scalding hot. You can put the mixer into a certain position and leave it there, and the temperature will chaneg nonetheless. No fun at all. - There is a blue light on the keycard holder that flashes on and off all the time. It's like sleeping next to a police car with the warning lights flashing All in all, a real disappointment. What a shame, it's such a lovely building in a great location, and a wasted opportunity for the owners. I will try to get a refund later this morning (6.30AM now), but I'm not hopeful. It's not something I have ever done at a hotel either. I doubt that Expedia will be of any help here either.
