"Wonderful property on the outskirts of town. Town not walkable but they did have bikes for rent. Closest restaurants were a bit of a walk but the food at the Homestay was quite good."

"Lovely hotel with breakfast included. Only 10 min walk to the centre. Pool great. Would stay there again."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the golden pine resort , the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very tasty and much food to choose from , the swimming pool was large and clean for a relaxing swim after a day of sight seeing , the staff were very helpful and kind people , The resort is just out of the city with rice farming around and views of the mountains , it was nice and quiet at this resort . Thank you golden pine resort for a very enjoyable stay ."

"Bed sheet is super old and got lot of hole. The fridge still have water bottles that already open and drink from the guest before me. "

"Property should be 3 star at best. Fake orange juice and cheap products for breakfast think they are dying as a hotel and trying to cut corners. No lifts. In need of a major refurbishment everything to old and a little run down. I can see it might have warranted a 4 star 10 years ago but by todays standards its not up to the quality of a 4 star or of 4 star service. Leaky bum guns. Lights that do not work. Old aircon systems. Bed was clean but linen marked."

"Disappointed with stay. Front counter had trouble finding our reservations. Second day showers did not work ... moved to a different hotel for third night stay in Chiang Rai. Pool was empty of water with litter ... not a nice site."
