This is my new fave hotel in Asia! Everything was so lovely from the staff, to the food, to thinking of everything a guest could need. The corner pool suite was quiet, spacious and treats were delivered each night during turn down. The welcome gift was immense and unexpected! The breakfast was always amazing and made to order. Special thanks to the staff - everyone was so incredibly nice!

Loved The Inside House! We had three rooms - the waterfall suite and the pool suite. All were so cute. The layout of the waterfall suite was better but there was no shelving for belongings. There was an area to store your baggage but all my clothes were in a huge pile - not my style. The pool suite has an armoire. The ambiance and presentation of lunch and tea time were amazing! I tried a few new dishes they were excellent. The staff is very kind. My husband had a massage and he said they need a table with a face hole. I haven’t had a massage in Thailand yet. I don’t know if this is the standard. I read in other reviews the mattresses were firm my husband is saying they need new mattresses in a bad way. But I loved it there and enjoyed my stay!

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area was beautiful and breakfast included was excellent. Atmosphere was so relaxing. Room and bathroom were large and refreshed every day. Walking distance to everything as it’s in the Old City inside the walls and only 10 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again

An oasis within the old city! A beautiful hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant (breakfast, tea and dinner) the spa (jet leg and happy feet massages) and the pools (central and private room). Also loved the hotel’s tasteful decor with its beautiful gardens and floral touches throughout. A shout out to the door and front desk staff for their warm welcome and kindness and to Best and the other fantastic restaurant staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Inside House made our trip to Chiang Mai! The staff were absolutely amazing and I would like to give a big shout out to Best and Som for making our stay even more special! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea added an extra special touch - the food was absolutely delicious! The spa is a must-do as well for a Thai or Jet Lag Massage! I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in...pretty much in the world! We stayed in the corner king unit...I dream of going back! The food is so unbelievably good and they don't miss one step of hospitality! Tommy is the greatest concierge you could ever wish for! They took such great care in our experiences and all the guests experiences! This is the only hotel to stay in when you are in Chiang Mai! Old city hotel with a gorgeous romantic energy

Calming and Beautiful Oasis
This place is a hidden gem. It is so beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches that make this an oasis of calm in a busy town. Service was very attentive and the food was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable, but the bed was very firm. We loved how easy it was to get around to all the spots in the old city.
