Had a great stay over New Years! Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient for walking. Not a single complaint. Would definitely stay again when in Chiang Mai!

Nice quiet location. Easy to get transport out, safe to walk outside. Has a convenience store nearby and a place to wash clothes next to it. Tours can pick you up from this hotel.

Really great location and overall a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and kind. They gave us fresh towels and water each day that we put up the do not disturb sign. On the days we had room service they tidy the room so well. The bed was very comfy and overall the room was very clean. The AC was so chilly we had to turn it off in the mornings to get out of bed. They also have three bikes you can take out whenever. I took the bikes out each morning and it was a really nice perk. If you’re staying in Chaing Mai this is the place for you!

Nice hotel, clean but not that new inside. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Didn't give "excellent" everywhere just because we didn't have WiFi the first day (when you need it the most 😂) and we were really struggling to open the doors to the balcony (a bit sketch). But great stay overall!

Excelente ubicación!!!!! Todo queda súper cerca caminando (vieja ciudad) y el mercado de los domingos está a dos pasos. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, el desayuno muy sencillo pero bueno!!
