We enjoyed our stay at OYO 899 villa de hun. Although the rooms were small, they were clean. This hotel was very good value. The hostesses were very helpful and showed a lot of care for us during our stay. I would come back again.

My room was clean and kept well stocked with towels. The landlady, Bee, is very kind and has great insight to what's happening in the area. The bed was a bit stiff, but after a few nights I had adjusted to it

Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing, it’s a really pretty and cosy, old style boutique hotel which we loved. Located in a pretty quiet area within the walls but can easily walk or ride to any location. The host Bee is an amazing lady and so helpful, who can organise tours so no need to book in advance. The room was very spacious with sofa, chair and comfy bed. The room and guest areas were fully equipped with all you need. We had an amazing 4 night stay, would highly recommend

This is a small location for young people or bagpackers. A low budget location. A 4 floor location without an elevator. Sorry this is nothing for the over 60ty generation. For me it was a one time experiance!

You will like it!

Small, but nice style and quiet, reasonable price with cafe below. I like it and I will come back here again for sure . Close to Wat Pra sing in the alley. There is 7/11 nearby. Easy to go everywhere .

Clean, simple, and really good food, all for pretty cheap. The staff is also very friendly, professional, and helpful, and the service was great. This was a great property. The only issue was that you could often hear other guests making noise in the hallways.

Cozy & Welcoming

Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Good breakfast, well organized and delicious. Rooms can be small so I recommend the King ones if you like a bit of space bit they were clean and comfortable. It is in a good location within the old city and accessible to all of the old city, not too far to walk anywhere. Tuk Tuks and the mini red trucks can take you if not so keen on walking. Really nice staff, very helpful and accommodating.

On the whole, this was a badly disappointing experience, the room was advertised on expedia as 22sqmtr - this was nowhere near the truth - the actual room size 2.8mtr X 4.0mtr, which is 11.2sqmtr, along long way from the advertised room size. My wife and I were very upset with the size of the room and the false advertising by the owners/management. More false advertising, was that there was a refrigerator in the room, there was no refrigerator (where would you fit one, the room was so small)), the listing on expedia also said there was cable tv, but what we got was only thai tv - there was not one international tv station. The one good thing about our stay, was that it was for only one night. I did not have unrealistic expectations about Villa De Hun because the rental was not that expensive - around 1200 baht, (we had been paying 2000 baht at our previous hotel). Villa De Hun is a guest house and should be advertised a such, it was a relief to get out of the dump.
