I was participating in the UTMB 100km ultramarathon in December 2025 and needed a base for my time there. What a lovely hotel - great staff - very helpful - and that restaurant downstairs - what a find ! Maybe it was the marathon tiredness - but that bed was so comfortable and easy to sleep in - just wonderful ! Thanks for a great stay.

Very good hotel !!

Staff and people around is super friendly… the service is amazing… the breakfast was a little bit expensive and the internet in the room was not the best… but we like the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great!!!

Good location and great buffet breakfast for both westerners and asians. Hotel and rooms are very clean and in new condition. Not sure I’m crazy about the open concept bathroom and room but not a deal breaker. Gym facilities were well equipped with plenty of free weights and machines.

Comfortable rooms, and good service. Hotel shows some signs of tear and wear. Pool is located on the roof top, and is not too accomodating. View out of the hotel room was not very nice, looking onto a dirty yard next to the hotel. The hotel bar is quite nice.

Set apart from the main street, this hotel provides a quiet calm space. Its relatively new and spacious. The bar and dining area has a nice open feature. The food and beverage staff esp Kookae is especially attentive and the F&B manager provided us with good local options for dining which was excellent. Easy walking distance to mall and good dining options around the place. definitely recommend if visiting chiangmai on business.

One of the rudest staff I have ever seen. Zero service and always busy. Refused to help me with the coffee machine, refused to provide ketchup with omlet. The list will go on. I think this hotel staff needs to be sent back to the management school. And it’s not just me, while travelling to the next hotel the taxi shared a similar experience of many other guest. Apparently he has taken many passengers to other hotels. For the same reason “ Bad service “
