Very nice hotel, just a short walk from the main night market tourist area. The hotel is clean and in a quiet street. Room was cleaned daily. I have stayed in this hotel before and will stay again on my next holiday to Chiang Mai. Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved. Hotel staff are friendly and helpfull.

Nice Stay

Nice stay, check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water and a couple of English TV channels. Breakfast was made to order and you are given a lot. Staff are friendly and location is good to the night market and within location of many trips for hotel pick up and drop off.

Great place to stay close to the Old City. Walking distance to nightlife, temples and markets. Room was really nice and a comfortable layout for 3 people. Breakfast was amazing! Often too much for one person. The staff were wonderful! Could not help enough!

Good Hotel, in an ok location

The Hotel was clean and the room good. The Hotel was in an area without to much tourists, but only a few minutes to walk to the old city. Not many restaurant and such in the imediate area.

Nuestra experiencia peor no ha podido ser con este hotel, después de tres noches allí. Al realizar el check out nos muestran una factura de 34€ por valor de reposición de sábanas y toallas, por unas manchas que dicen que no desaparecen, cosa que nosotros demostramos llevando dichas sábanas y toallas a la lavandería, donde desaparecieron, perdiendo nuestro tiempo y dinero. Intentamos hablar con el Gerente del hotel y no nos quisieron pasar con él. Hemos viajado por todo el mundo, y es la primera vez que un hotel intenta cobrarnos por un servicio incluido. La limpieza en el hotel deja mucho que desear, de 0 a 10 se lleva un 1, cosa que demostramos con el personal del hotel, donde verificaron que nuestras sábanas estaban sucias. También hay arañas en las habitaciones, sobre todo en el baño, junto con el mal olor a alcantarilla que sale del propio baño. Las escaleras tenían un gran agujero, con peligro de perder una pierna si por error pisabas allí... Por lo tanto este hotel no lo aconsejaríamos a nadie, si no te quieres llevar alguna sorpresa de más en el precio, porque no te dejan reclamar.

Short holiday with family

Room come with breakfast, simple but OK. Bedroom is spacious for three. Bathroom heater very hard to adjust, most of time water is cold. The water tap is not working well. Walkable to night market and local street food. Generally a simple n clean hotel in the 'kampong area'.

【状況】 土曜・日曜の2泊 【客室 / 清潔感】 ◎: 新しめのホテルだと思うので全体的にキレイです。 △: 部屋清掃後の芳香がキツイように感じました。 ？: バルコニーには何故か鳩がたむろしているので、羽根などで汚れていました。ただ、これは仕方ないと思います。 【サービス】 ○: 英語が通じたのはありがたい。 ◎: 早着したので、荷物だけでも預ってもらおうと話したら、チェックイン時間外なのにチェックインさせてもらえてとても助った。 ◎: レンタル自転車が無料だったので利用させてもらいました。旧市街観光に便利です。 △: 朝食の一部は食べ切りで補充がないようです。遅くから来ている人は、若干、不満そうにしていた。 【ホテルの場所】 ？: 大通り沿いではないし、道が入り組んでいて初見では分かりにくい。またすぐ近くにコンビ二などはありません（大通りまで徒歩5分くらい） ですが、スマホ（google map）があれば迷うことはないですし、市内いたる所に走っている赤いソンテウ（１人30バーツ）の運転手にマップを見せればホテル前まで乗せてもらえるので、場所のデメリットは特に感じません。 逆に静かですし、値段も大通り沿いより安いので、個人的にはメリットの方が大きく感じました。
