April 2025. Highly recommend! There is a huge mall directly across the street. Loved it! My room was very spacious & clean. I had the view of the mountains. Beautiful! Lots of dining options. The breakfast was great & i even had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good! Loved it! 15 min from the airport Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is super convenient, next door is Maya shopping mall, downstairs is Think Park, opposite is white market, easier find food, massage, manicure and pedicure 😍 distant to airport also just 10-15min, distance to Jingjia market 7-10min, go everywhere also very good and convenient! It is a wonderful 4-star hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to malls, cafes, and a variety of dining options. The breakfast is delicious and features some local foods. However, the seating is somewhat limited, and it can get crowded during busy times. Anyway, it’s truly one of the best choices for accommodations in this area. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Staffs are friendly, helpful and make me feel safe. It’s just opposite to MAYA shopping mall and one ninnman shopping area which are new and fashion. There are live band till night at Think park which is a little bit noisy if you sleep early. wardrobe is a bit small and not convenient for charging plug. Need to download their apps for check in and can connect them via apps to avoid language problem.

We booked two rooms for four nights. The event outside the hotel was quite noisy until past midnight, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Please get a room with a mountain view if you are sensitive to noise. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay with good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staffs from restaurant, house keeping and front desk especially Jom and Nat. Thanks for arranging a birthday surprise too. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Unfortunately, there was a music concert in front of the hotel during our stay, and the hotel is kind enough to change our room that face mountain view the next day, thank you!! The location is perfect. Right outside the hotel is Think Park, where you can enjoy restaurants and bars without worrying about the time. Across the main road is the MAYA Shopping Center, and just a short walk away is the trendy Nimmanhaemin area. The downside is that the music from Think Park can be noisy until late at night. Since the room windows are not soundproof, the noise from outside is clearly audible and can disrupt sleep. As for the hotel facilities, one inconvenience is the lack of power outlets. In the living room, the only outlet is hidden behind the TV, and there are none by the bedside. In the kitchen, the outlets are positioned quite high up, and aside from that, the only other outlet is in the bathroom. To use the electric kettle, you have to plug it in the bathroom. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low, and the hot water isn’t very warm. Other than these issues, the hotel was very comfortable overall.
