I was there for 22 nights in this hotel and loved it. Place was clean, staff accomodating, venue was perfect right in the old city. Lots of greenery and fun. This was my first time in chiang mai and de charme has me hooked. I will be back!

Clean and convenient hotel right in the city.

The Hotel is only 200 meters away from Wat Phra Singh and very near to many historical places in Chiang Mai's City Centre includes the famous Sunday Walking Street on Rajadamneun Road. The premise is very new by the time we stayed there (only opened for 3 weeks), the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the pool was great though the breakfast was a bit under average for the taste (it would be nice if they used at least Dilmah or Lipton tea instead of Aro from Makro.) Overall, clean and convenient hotel but for the price, there still is a room for improvement.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful. I was not given a very warm welcome when i arrived . I got the look up and down and asked what did i want? Maybe i wasnt dressed in my sunday bests but its not the way to greet a guest

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and have a lot of space. Wifi is also very fast. However, our shower did not work properly. The only two temperatures available were extremely hot or very cold no matter how we set the temperature adjustment. This made taking showers very difficult and uncomfortable. They also have 4 signs in the room asking you to reuse your towels by hanging them up rather than leaving them on the floor but housekeeping replaced our towels daily regardless.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, el cuarto era limpio y de grande para una sola persona, mi reservación incluía desayuno y si bien, no era muy variado, todo lo que había era delicioso, recomiendo los pancakes! El personal del Lobby era muy amable y me ayudaron en todo momento, hasta me ayudaron a imprimir documentos que necesitaba para el viaje, 100% recomendado

L’hôtel est bien mais j’ai déjà vu mieux. La chambre est assez spacieuse et très propre, par contre la salle de bain est toute petite, on a les pieds dans la douche quand on va aux toilettes. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié et aucun autre repas proposé. Belle piscine mais malheureusement presque tout le temps à l’ombre. Pas loin de certains temples et du marché du dimanche. Nombreuses solutions de repas juste à côté.

Hotel incrível! Instalações em ótimas condições, quartos confortáveis e muito limpos. Piscina excelente (pra quem quiser aproveitar e se refrescar no calor da Tailandia). Staff simpático e prestativo.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo, staff prestativo e educado. Mas o banheiro é muito pequeno, com cortina plástica, o banho é muito desconfortável. O frigobar não funcionou e o ralo do banheiro estava entupido.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double lit king size avec un lit bébé (en plus) on s’est retrouvé avec deux lits simples séparés par une couette pliée en 4 par terre (en guise de lit bébé) Cerise sur le gâteau : le personnel est très désagréable …. La piscine est mal orientée et donc tres froide et non praticable

The staff were amazing and the pool was great! Room was a good size and very clean. Location was great, taxis regularly passing by taking you anywhere locally for 30 bhat per person which was brilliant. We had a great stay! :)

Idyllinen lepopaikka

Ihastuin kovasti De Charme hotelliin, muuten se olisi myös lapsiperheille mitä mainion, mutta harmi, että lasten allas puuttui. Turvallinen, talon ympäröimä piha, siisti, ihana henkilökunta, idyllinen kohde. Chiang Maissa paljon nähtävää, mutta jos ei jaksa niitä katsella, hotellin rauhallisessa pihassa voi mainiosti rentoutua päivän

員工態度很好，就是酒店衛生情況有待改善。有螞蟻，還有水龍頭出來的水是污糟的，有很多黑色點點、飄浮物，嚇到我牙都不敢刷，真的接受不了在這樣的房間住5天，怎樣洗澡、刷牙？然後酒店幫我們換了間水質較好一點的房間，雖然水也不太乾淨，但比原本的好太多了，原本的根本沒法用。 水是人的最最最基本需要，酒店環境多美也沒用，水污糟就變得很糟糕。除了這個，都還好。

Charming

This hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay. My only slight niggle was they insist on checking your room to see if you have run off with towels, teacups etc prior to departure. They obviously have a problem with some customers taking things but it makes you feel like you feel like you are under scrutiny.
