However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay. 「We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.」

「Needs to have Better Customer Service. Couldn’t check in. Had 3 rooms but in 2 different floors. Rooms and Hallways need to be cleaner. Restaurant is open only during the Breakfast, Lunch hours but room service was available with limited Menu items」

The staff made sure every day that everything was perfect for me, and even helped with transport. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, the rooms are clean and amenities are good and modern, with air conditioners, good WiFi and TV. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the beach, but the pool and grounds of the hotel are lovely. As a budget-friendly option,...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, special thanks to the pool guy and the restaurant staff for their care and attention. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived with a lovely shaded balcony. Great pool, partially shaded with loungers available for relaxing afternoons out of the heat. Thanks for a great stay」
