The internet connection at this hotel has always been bad, but this time with the wifi repeater right outside my room I had no internet connection at all for all of my stay.
I complained to the front desk about this. But it is very unlikley they will do anything about it.
Breakfast at the restaurant was very good as normal.
It was comfortable. A little noisy sometimes from the surrounding rooms when moving around furnitures I guess. And the gym may need a little upgrade. The location is in walking distance to everything. Overall, the stay was great. I’d go back. Im from Belizean and travel their often, but I rate this as one of my better stays for sure.
I always stay at this property when I visit Chetumal. Parking is good. The rooms are good. Location is easily findable. Restaurant is good. Has a nice small pool.
Property is centrally located and they serve a good breakfast. What I didn’t like is that I booked and paid for a King Size Bed and was told on checking in that they are sold out and was given a room with 2 double beds.
Poor WiFi in room, no refrigerator. Front desk and house keeping were friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Worked out well for me
The room was dated, the towels and sheets were obviously well worn, but everything was extremely clean
I would have like to have seen at least one English speaking channel like the other Chetumal hotels have
