「Amateur hour…argumentative staff, The front desk staff member was behind protective heavy plastic. Barely civil,,,, limited English, I had driven 10 hours and only wanted a clean room that worked,…. The refrigerator didn’t work… there were no full towels. Cigarette burn on bed cover,,…. Just shouldn’t be that hard. Pay a little more and skip the hassle!」

「Really cool place to stay in Richmond. Very affordable and had a vintage vibe. They also had a book with all of Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and stories. Super cozy rest. The staff is also super friendly and helpful」
