It is ideal for single traveller who is busy and not spending much time there. Superb location. It is above a pub but not that big. Could be an issue at weekend. Comfortable. Shower and WC fine. Excellent VFM and would use again.

Although classed as a 'small double room' the bed was a full sized double giving not much room to get around it! Full sized shower and toilet with a small sink. Very hot room at the rear of the property although a desk fan was provided together with a hair dryer, ironing board and iron! We stayed as a couple and had a bath towel each but only one hand towel! Soap and shampoo sachets provided together with tea, coffee and kettle. We didn't experience any excessive noise from the bar below even though we stayed Friday to Monday. Close to Town and easily walkable. All in all a value for money stay, just what we wanted.

Had an issue with the keylock box being empty but it was soon fixed as the cleaner was still there and the let me in and gave me a key. Great communication, all check in instructions were sent via WhatsApp. I was asked for a large damage deposit when checking in which I wasn’t aware of at time of booking but that was wavered as I had nowhere else to stay! There’s obviously no lift so be aware there’s a fair amount of stairs to the rooms especially if you’re on floor 2. Quite noisy with a pub/bar being next door. Lovely little apartment would stay again.

Amazing value for money

Really lovely stay and great value for money if you are on a budget. The small double room is definitely small lol but it’s cosy and is perfect for 1/2 nights away. The noise from the pub really isn’t bad so don’t be put off and it’s actually a really nice pub with lots of interesting beers. Great location too.

Great little room

We stayed for two nights in a small double room which had everything we needed including kettle and free tea/coffee. The shower was big and powerful and the room comfortable, perfect for a couple of nights.

Exactly what we needed. Great location, excellent value for money, very clean and the small kitchen was a bonus. Only downside was that the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

The bedroom was so lovely and cosy after a cold winter's evening. The kitchen area was spacious. Nice clean modern bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Amazing apartment, only thing missing was tea towel and hand towels. Couple more pillows for sofa bed we had to use cousons from sofa but managed. Great location for city centre , bars and restaurants. Used car park under premier inn across the road .

Great value for money

Good communication from the hotel before my visit. My double room was small but big enough for my needs. I found it remarkable value for money considering how close it is to Chester city centre. Will gladly use again.
