"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."
