「A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again.」

「Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

「This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication.」
