「Room 5. Absolutely awful, filthy floor not been hoovered for months, dirt everywhere, wouldn't even touch the kettle! Shower is full of mould and there are urine and stains under the toilet seat. Pillows completely stained brown, dirt/fluff on the sheets and on the top of the duvet. Obviously not been cleaned in months! Needless to say we went somewhere else to sleep, absolutely disgusting! Hotels.com you should be ashamed of yourselves listing this accommodation!」

「Absolutely shocking stay. No confirmation email prior to arrival or key safe number. Spent an hour trying to contact them. When we finally got through we were about 1 hour from our location in Crewe, to be told sorry the room that you have booked has had a flood in the en suite. We have another property you can have a nice room with a lovely T.V in Stoke on Trent. I had an army reunion in Crewe why would I want to stay in Stoke??? Eventually we got offered a room in Crewe with two children's...
