"My stay was not bad. But to be a new hotel and just opened a few days prior to my stay, I believe service could have been better. The service by 2 staff was great and above and beyond. While the Manager and her staff as we walked in was very dry no greeting whatsoever just dry and did not even look up at you as a customer. I understand management have a lot to do and make sure things flow smoothly. However I would never higher someone like her. If I was a secret shopper I would have had her job....
