"Beach view from balcony was very nice, room was clean. TV did not work, had to ask for towels and room wasnt cleaned everyday for us. Its a really good location but not the nicest rooms. Good enough if you are looking to save some money. Off site parking but not too bad as the parking lot was right across the street, so if you dont mind that it was fine. "

"I stayed at the Hilton Oceanaire in Virginia Beach this weekend, right on the water, and while it started off frustrating, it ended up being a great experience thanks to the staff. I arrived after 5pm, well past the 3pm check-in, my room still wasn’t ready. After a long day, I was annoyed and admittedly gave the front desk attendant a hard time. I was in full “Karen” mode. What impressed me was how masterfully they handled it. They stayed calm, professional, and respectful, acknowledged the delay, and completely de-escalated the situation. They stopped me in my tracks without ever making me feel dismissed, which honestly turned my whole mood around. Once I got to my room, everything was clean, comfortable, and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The location was a huge plus. The delay wasn’t ideal, but the way it was handled really stood out. Excellent customer service! I’d definitely stay again."
