I loved how quiet and nice the inside of the room was, very clean, and very useful with the kitchen. However, i didn’t like that housekeeping knocks on your door then just opens it, also the area around the suites is not super safe but when your in the room or near it it’s safe. They have a laundry facility which was super useful as week. Overall i had a great experience

If you are looking for a efficiency studio apartment, this is the place for you. Unfortunately they have a faulty wire that makes the fire alarm go off! I talked to a few people who live there on a regular and it’s been going on for a while. You can’t beat the price. People were really friendly.

The workers in the office were nice and informative. And the stay was great. It was clean. The only negative is that the room smelled like smoke but I brought sprays and sprayed everyday.

Ok Stay...just wish they had pots. & pans, dishes, utensils and an iron in each of the rooms. Table legs were a bit flimsy and need to be tightened because it was wobbly but we made due. Bathroom needed some extra cleaning too. No rodents seen was a plus. Overall 6 out of 10!!

Pleasant. They're not waiting on you which means you're not paying that much! You can cook there it is bring your own dishes and such they are not included however it worked out very well for myself and my son because we knew going in to provide our own things had a wonderful stay and really can't complain!

Smelled like butt crack!!

The mattress was awful. Big sink holes on both sides an if too close to the side it would collapse and send you to the floor. The water pressure was non existent in the shower. The bed sheets smelled awful. We had to go to Walmart and buy febreze to make everything smell better. When we checked in they didn’t have the room I actually booked. The refrigerator smelled like dead fish and we had to buy baking soda just so we could stand to use it.

The property was renovated since our last stay here and our room was very nice. The hotel is centrally located and the staff, especially Keisha at the Front Desk, went out of her way to facilitate our reservation. She is friendly and very professional. This hotel is much improved from our last stay.

Worst stay ever

Worst stay ever. The stove didn’t work The door didn’t close properly. The sheets were never cleaned. I told management they didn’t care. Worst stay ever. I had to double bolt the door just to get it semi closed which left the room freezing. The freezer didn’t work so most of my food spoiled. This needs to be removed from hotels.com

Missing hotel items in room

For the cheapest available hotel with a stove top and full size fridge the stay was okay. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful which was probably the best part of the stay, however, that's pretty much where it ends. The room was very outdated which, once again, for the cheapest available hotel is fine. Underneath the sink and the bed cover smelled like cat pee. Which was whatever, I just didn't open the cabinet underneath the sink and exchanged the bed cover for a new one at the front desk. There were an alarming amount of things missing from the room that I feel like are just givens when staying at a hotel with a small kitchen. Some of those things are, a closet with a door on it, a safe, a hair dryer, no actual blanket on the bed just a bed cover, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, paper towels, tissue paper, coffee maker, a desk, and an alarm clock. All The things I just listed the room DID NOT have so don't be expecting any of that if you stay. They also will NOT wash or give you new towels, nor will they give you new toilet paper if you run out. That stuff is on you. Their office is also only open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. so if you have any issues, or want to check in/check out, you have to call a staff member who I guess is living at the hotel. So, like I mentioned, if you are looking for a room on a budget and are willing to give up this things I mentioned, this place is fine.
