「Breakfast staff cut corners with various aspects of food delivery and presentation. Ex: 1) The lids for hot food dishes would not stay up to place food on ones plate. I was at your hotel for a week. It was on the third day i realized the box supporting the heaters could be moved 1/2" allowing space for the hot plate lids could open and stay open as designed.
2) when hot omelets we brought out, the entire fresh batch of omlets was dumped into the existing pan...
