「Great overnight stop after a late afternoon train from Folkestone. Plenty of free parking on site. Room are basic but perfectly adequate for a night stop on route to Southern France. Has a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Nice seating area both inside and out for an evening drink. Had a meal in the restaurant which was delicious and well priced. The bar staff and waitress were attentive and engaging. Good night sleep before heading off for an early start so cannot comment on the...

「Friendly staff, felt (in a good way) like the places I used to stay in as a child in the 1980s. Good restaurant with a nice garden and a small pool. The staff clearly work hard to keep the place clean.」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. 「A warm welcome. A pretty room with very comfortable bed, kettle and TV. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and double jacuzzi bath. Parking right outside. Great location for Montreuil, Valloires Abbey, and the huge sandy beach at Berck. I was in the main house, but Elise also has another property just down the street. Breakfast at main house though. (Not sure this was clear online.) Bistro in village open Friday and Saturday but plenty of places to eat in Montreuil which is a 15minute drive.」
