「客房清潔.服務人員很親切 」

「The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept...

「I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was conveniently located within walking distance of The Exchange TRX mall and the metro. The room had an apartment-style setup with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.」
