「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. 「From the moment you arrive the service is impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, charming and so peaceful with a serene view. We had breakfast and dinner each day and both were outstanding. 「We had a great stay in the heart of Tours. The hotel is well located, surrounded by bars, restaurants and a Carrefour Express for shopping. We loved the style of the hotel and found the bed very comfy. The bathroom was very modern and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had good tips and advice for us. They also helped us with the luggage which meant not having a lift wasn't a problem. 」

「Love the staff. Great petite dejeuner. 24/7 parking is a 5 min walk at Indigo Nationale. I parked for 3 days for about 26€ with in and out privileges. The location is the best, near the central tram lines and shopping. You can walk to old town in about 7 mins. Great gelato place just mins away.
