The Housekeeping Staff are really friendly & hard-working. Please let the Hotel Management knows. All the cleaners never fail to smile & greet. Toilet bowl should upgrade as the poo always get "stuck" due to the bowl shape as it is more like a basin, too "flat".

The location was very good for sightseeing, shopping, and food. Each staff was nice and helpful. The room was relatively small, but it was very comfortable and had everything that I needed. I will stay there again.

地下鉄から徒歩5分で大通りからちょっと引っ込んだ静かな立地

●受付　事前にexpediaで支払い済みのことがちゃんと伝わっており、スムーズな受付。追加費用もなし。 ●室内　小奇麗に清掃してあり、歯ブラシ・タオル・石鹸・シャンプー・スリッパ・wifi・無償ミネラルウオーター・トイレの紙など完備。喫煙室を希望しましたがタバコ臭さなし。シングル予約でしたがベッドが2つあり、広くて快適。湯船はありませんが、シャワーはすぐにお湯が出て問題なし。 ●スタッフ　清掃員が廊下ですれ違いのときに挨拶、またエレベータの方向を教えてくれる親切さ。またトイレにスマホを置き忘れして1日外出してしまいましたが、ちゃんとそのまま残っていました。慌てましたが、結果安心しました。

便利でお得なホテル

毎年このホテルを利用しています。地下鉄1号線文殊院駅から歩いて7分ほどので静かな場所にあり、ホテルの部屋が私には使いやすくて代金もお得です。近くにはローカル食堂が並び、スーパーマーケットやマクドナルドもありとても便利です。レセプションのスタッフはほぼ中国語のみですが目的地への行き方などを親切に教えてくれました。なかには適当なスタッフもいましたが…。また歩いて12～3分のところに成都で有名な「陳麻婆豆腐店」があります。

文殊院に歩いて行けて便利。 麻婆豆腐の有名店にも徒歩で15分ぐらいでした。 コンセントも日本のが使えました。 空港周辺のホテルに行きたいと頼んだところ、いろいろ親身に対応してくださり本当に助かりました。

地下鉄駅からのアクセスよく、繁華街も徒歩圏内。近くに飲食店多く、すぐ横に早朝から営業している美味しい中華まん販売店があります。ホテルの対応などは値段の割には満足出来る内容でしたが、冷蔵庫が無かった点が残念。その他は普通のビジネスホテルといったところでした。

Good location, simple hotel

This hotel is a walk from the train station and shops/ATMs. The staff were as helpful as they could be but it was a struggle to communicate in English. Hardly any Chinese people could speak English from my experience in China. However they would make the effort by using google translate and even wrote in Chinese for us to give to a taxi driver as they knew would struggle to communicate with the locals. This hotel is very good value for money.

だいぶ古くなってきましたが、安定のジンンジャン・インの品質です。大して英語は通じませんが、外国人に慣れているので、テレビの不具合など、よくあるトラブルには素早い対応でした。周辺にはコンビニ的な店や地元グルメな店も多く、一泊200元以下で宿泊するなら、良い選択だと思います。紙コップ（なんと密封されている）しか置いていないので、お茶ぐらい陶器のカップで飲みたい人は、どこかで安い茶器を買っておきましょう。

以前にも数度利用したことがある。その時もなかなかタクシーが捉まらなかった。今回出発が早朝のせいもあるが、地下鉄駅のある人民北路まで歩かなくてはタクシーを拾えなかった。コップ類が紙コップで貧相な感じがしましたが、プラスチックの袋入りで衛生的ではあります。

便利な立地のチェーンホテル

中国全土に展開する“経済型”のチェーンホテル。 この価格帯は中国では激戦区だと思うが、成都市内だけでも数店舗を展開しており、全国チェーンという点で安心。７泊８日の滞在期間中、何の不満もなかった。 空港からはやや渋滞があったが、タクシーで67元。地下鉄の文殊院駅から徒歩５分程度にあり、立地は非常によい。徒歩圏内に文武路東、省政務中心、順城大街北の３つのバス停があり、市内の主要な観光地は乗り換え１回以内で行ける。とくに郊外の観光地に直結している新南門バスターミナル最寄りのバス停に乗り換えなしで行けるメリットは大きい。 乗り換え案内については、『成都公行』のホームページがとても便利。駅名やバス停名だけでなく、建物や店の名前でも検索できる。日本の漢字も自動で簡体字に予測変換してくれる点も優秀。 ホテル周辺には地元の人が立ち寄るような飲食店も数多くあり、朝食や夜間のテイクアウトなどに便利。だいたい６元＝１２０円くらいで四川風の面などを堪能できる。成都の人はこちらが日本人わかっても親切で、中国では驚くほど愛想がよい。 コンビニもWOWOが周辺に多数あるほか、ホテルのすぐ隣に地元の便利店があり、少なくとも23時過ぎまでは開店していた。なお、近隣に公安局もあるので治安の面からも安心。 部屋は東横インの廉価版と言えばイメージしやすい。滞在に必要なものは過不足なく揃っている。もちろんバスタブはないが、シャワーの量・温度は驚くほどしっかりしていた。タオルの交換など、ハウスキーピングにも何の問題もない。ミネラルウォーターは毎日『いろはす』が２本補充されていた。 ただ、床がフローリングでもカーペットでもなく、いわゆるリノリウム材？のようなので、気になる人は底の厚いスリッパを持参した方がいいかもしれない（薄いタイプのスリッパは備えつけあり）。 また、“経済型”の常として冷蔵庫はないので、ビールを冷やしたい人は注意。先述のとおり、ぬるくなる暇がないほどすぐそばに便利店がある。 チェックイン＆アウト時くらいしかフロントと接触していないが、おおむね最低限の英語は伝わる模様。最終日、早朝にタクシーを頼んだ際には、フロントの青年が一生懸命に手配をしてくれた。また、当たり外れはあるものの、朝出かける際にしっかりと挨拶してくれるスタッフも多く、中国らしからぬ、またチェーンホテルらしい教育の成果を感じた。 ホテル滞在をメインとした成都旅行でなければ、また、１泊3,000円あまりという宿泊費も考えれば十分に選択肢として入ってくるホテルだと思う。 少なくとも、今回１週間以上の滞在をして、不満に思うことはまったくなかったと断言できる。 成都は近代的な大都会でありながら、緑も多く風光明媚な街であった。人々も北京や上海などの大都市と比べるとずっと人なつっこく親切で世話好き、こちらが日本人とわかってからも驚くほどの愛想のよさで接してくれる。 成都への旅行がすばらしいものでありますように。
