Great location in Chelan - easy walk to the City Park beach, to shopping, to grocery. It is not right on the beach, but has its own pool and small fitness facility.

The personnel were excellent, kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and had all that we needed. It was walkable, close to everything. We appreciated the warm pool this time of year and the game room. Thank you! We'll be back.

Very conveniently located. The timeshare concept gave us much more room and amenities than a conventional hotel room. The price was fantastic. I will definitely consider WorldMark properties when traveling.

This is one of our favorite worldmark properties. Lovely units. Ours was recently updated and looks great. We appreciated the new feature for connecting your devices to the TV too. So much better than it used to be. Great location and enjoyed the pool, still early enough in the season that all was pretty quiet, but great weather.

Nice unit in busy part of Chelan

Located in the heart of Chelan, across a busy street from the large lakefront park. Our unit was over the parking garage door and had no lake view. Underground parking was very tight to get in with an SUV. Has a nice pool that was fairly occupied with kids.

This property is a joke. They overbooked and our Valentine weekend that we have planed for a while and made all reservations ahead of time and still when we came (4 hour drive one way) they just said they have nothing available and the best thing they can do is give us reimbursement or another property 1 hour away.

Staff excelled! Thank you Shelly. She was kind and gave us an incredible room, popcorn for our movie. The room was spotless and spacious. And the views spectacular. Of course the heated pool was the reason we stayed.

Great property. This has been the first time my family and I have been able to get a fully furnished apartment with a full kitchen. There’s a small fee for internet which most hotels wouldn’t charge. That’s my only comment. Other than that, great location, right next to a supermarket, Starbucks, and Safeway. We’ll be back next year!

Anniversary Getaway

Condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was nice to have a fireplace for the cold evenings. Used the large hot tub. Others used the outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to downtown. Quiet setting.

Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient to the conference that I was attending. I wish I would have been able to take advantage of the hot tub but my time was limited and the World Series took precedent.

Wyndham Lakeside Resort

The location was really noisy the room had a automatic garage door right below it. They charged $15 a day for Wi-Fi which was not explained anywhere.

One room condo was great - spacious, clean and with a well-equipped kitchen. Only small downside was that it was located above an automated garage door and that noise could be heard quite clearly in the bedroom.

Best Hotel in Chelan

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in October 2017. We had visited Chelan before, but this was the first time at this hotel, and what a wonderful decision. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and will be our first choice for any future trips to Chelan.
