"we had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out. they couldn’t find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points. it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management.
