「Stayed 5 days. They didn’t make our room the first day so we asked why at the reception. They told us that we should have asked. So we did, to be made every day. Didn’t happen. During the 5 days they made it 1x. There is no other service, no fresh towels and one ends up paying $550 a night for a very small room. There are better places in Cambridge to stay at.」

「It was a great experience!」

「It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」

「Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience.」
