Within walking distance of the abbey and the cathedral. Only dropped one star because the toiletries consisted only of soap by the sink and no bathrobes as per the advert. However, the photos on Expedia are not up to date and it's so much better than they show. We'd definitely stay here again. 」

「Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...
