「We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

「Very reasonably priced modern hotel in a quiet location with ample parking (rooms and food great value). GF and vegan catered for, and don't assume cheaper hotel so 'everything with chips'. Never saw any. Cross section of vegetables with drizzles to accompany the protein (maybe they do chips for children?). Three course dinner. Staff were multi-national and all helpful.
