「very nice」

「酒店设施还不错，服务实在是有待提高……各种服务都跟不上，入住退订手续很，也不是核对房间，就是单纯的慢，管理混乱。餐厅餐食上菜特别慢，晚餐点了披萨等了40分钟，还不停的问怎么样？用行动在要小费。在酒店换了一次钱，还直接扣掉一部分，都不是我们主动给小费，整体感觉混乱且贪图小费」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. In a quiet neighborhood right beside western temples. Only 30 minute walk away from much busier western temple complex」

「Don’t recommend staying here. Rooms were not clean, sheets and towels could do with a wash, mosquitoes in the room. Very limited breakfast option. Overall not a clean place to stay. It’s cheap for a reason, they pay no attention to cleaning, hygiene or customer service. 」

「The room was good. But the way to the hotel was not easily accessible. Also there was a bad smell in the bathroom after the water ran for a few minutes. 」

「I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. Also, he used unusable words for me as he didn’t like my early move out. As such, any one booking this Hotel should think many times before making advance payment.」

「Good: Staff was friendly. Property is within walking distance to te main attraction and market/restaurants. BAD: Front of the property is a dumping ground for trash. Walkways to and from the property is not a pleasant one. Hot water for shower was an issue. No matter how hard you try as per the instructions you will get luke warm water for a few second then it turns to cold. Staff kept giving you lame excuses for that.
