Nous sommes passés le 25 décembre. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la gentillesse du gérant et de Lola. Le gérant a ouvert spécialement le bar pour nous dépanner au déjeuner (tout étant fermé à cette date), c'était en plus très bon et très chaleureux. Lola a été d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. ...

Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset.
