My room was double-booked. I initially had a room adjacent to my family, as I had requested. But I noticed the room looked a little lived-in (messed up pillows and covers, a take out bag with napkins). I assumed these things had been missed during cleaning but thought nothing more of it since we were only staying for one night, and it seemed okay otherwise. I checked the rest of the room and there was no luggage. Left my bag in the room and then left the room for an hour or so. When I came back and was about to walk in, there was a guy walking out of the room. He said someone had left their bag in his room, and there was a woman in the room as well. I had to grab my bag and go back to the front desk to be assigned a new room. The front desk attendant acted confused because the system said the original room was under my name. Either way, I was assigned a new room at the end of the hallway directly across from the elevator.
Later my room card was deactivated and I had to go back to the front desk to have to re-activated.
Also the rooms and halls had an unpleasant musty smell.
No A/C in the halls/waiting area/front lobby/breakfast area.
Breakfast was included but by the time we got there there was no more coffee, not even decaf. They had some hard boiled eggs sitting out but they were scorching hot to the touch. We put them in cups of ice water to cook them down...
Overall would not stay here again.
