When we checked in, the front office member didn't say anything about the login info for wifi, time and location for breakfast. When we got to our room i noticed wrappers between the nightstands and bed. I called the front desk to ask about breakfast and mention the wrapper. I had to leave a voice-mail and never heard back. When we returned to the room, it hadn't been made up. I went to the front desk to ask and the woman told me they only clean after 2 nights. I asked if that was posted anywhere and she turned a sign so i could see it. I hadnt seem it at check in. I expressed my disappointment that the room had trash when we arrived and she simply said she was sorry. I got frustrated and said I had paid less and received better service, she smirked and said she was sorry I felt that way. I called Bonvoy customer service and was encouraged to find out the manager on duty. The woman I talked to earlier is the Front Office Manager and she gave me the name of the manager. Really disappointed with the service received for the price paid. It's not any the room being made up, it's about the utter lack of customer service.
