Lots of homeless around the property. Didn’t feel real safe. White plaster on the walls that need paint. Hair was in the sink. While eating breakfast the cook kept staring while we fixed our plates.Will not stay at this property again.

Traveled with a toddler and had extra luggage. The lady at the front desk gave us a room on the first floor which made it easier to get everything in. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean!

The staff were friendly but, we had mold and dirt in the air vent of the bathroom that needs to be cleaned out. My husband has asthma and was having trouble catching his breath while in the bathroom. That's when we noticed the air vent was not properly closed,so he took a look and it was filthy. We informed the front desk as we left for the day. When we got back to the hotel we found that our key cards didn't work and had to request entrance to our room. Overall my husband was not happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. It is the perfect location for easy access for dining and just minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls. The customer service was available our entire stay. The room is spacious with wifi, a microwave and refrigerator. They also have a fitness area and a pool. The continental breakfast is amazing! They had a complimentary cold lemonade dispenser right by the elevator daily. I am very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn!
