Had trouble getting service from my room for room service and from the front desk, found a small roach crawling around in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was convenient for the event we were attending at the convention center. Pricey for the quality.

The double/queen beds are very small, more of a full sized bed, barely fit 2 adults to sleep! My husband and I ended up sleeping each on a double bed in our room because we felt like sleeping together on one double bed we were going to fall off! For dinner one night we found a unique bar/restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Best for events at convention center
Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. In town for event at convention center and you could not beat the convenience of walking to and from INSIDE while the weather was cold and rainy for those driving in from other hotels!

we assumed when we clicked on 2 beds that they would be queen size. They were full beds. THey were tiny. This is the only hotel I've ever been to that doesn't have queen beds. Never again.

I apologize for any confusion you may have had when booking the reservation for a room with 2 double beds. Hope if your next trip through Chattanooga and you prefer a King size bed. We can accommodate you.

Overall Great Hotel
We were there for comic con and had a very good time! The hotel was amazing and most of the staff were incredibly friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the cleaning staff tried to force us out of the room to clean when my children and I were busy in the room, even after I tried to explain that we didn’t need anything done. She still unlocked the door and forced her way in which felt extremely rude and invasive.

Only drawback was restaurant wasn't open much. Certainly understandable given difficulty getting staff these days.. The coffee shop was very helpful and good for a quick bite. Often very busy, but staff handled it well .

Hotel nice, comfortable beds. A little off the beaten path if you want to hang out downtown, but not bad. Staff friendly, responsive, very clean. Would stay again.

Amazing Hotel
Enjoyed this hotel. The hotel was super nice, I was on a renovated floor and the staff was friendly. Super easy check in process. The pool and outdoor area were clean and so relaxing. Parking was quick and easy and discounted a few dollars. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

All staff was great- bar, front desk, coffee shop. Pool was great on July 4th weekend- clean and upkeep was really good. Everything was very convenient both at the hotel and surrounding area. Only downside was rooms beside us and above us were very noisy ( like banging or furniture being moved around and dropped)starting at 6am each morning for 1-2 hours so hard to sleep in
