「The room was far from what was represented from Expedia photos. The first night the TV was not working. Trying to reach "front desk" it was none on duty and the suggestion we got from the automated system was to call 911. The day after, someone was at the front desk that we visited in person a young man (he was nice) come to replace the TV set by a working one. The room was about the size of a jail cell, the bathtub drain was extremely slow, and you can see the ocean by a side windows and...

「We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!」
