「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

「海邊，火車站...不算近，但步行可至，也有餐廳，超市，基本是方便的 房間清潔。至於如何維持清潔是住客基本責任，住這種公寓酒店是常識。 隔音不算好。」

「Advertised as hotel but is actually on one floor of an old apartment building. Bathroom plumbing caused toxic septic smell throughout entire stay.」

「住宿樓下有很棒的超商，房間很棒，有陽台，廁所設備很好乾淨，房內簡易厨房齊全，很安靜，床又好睡，只差別，公共區域清潔性不夠，什麼東西都沒有，門口住宿表示不清很不容易看到，找了一下。」

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」

「The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. 」

「Great location! Beautiful views. Rooms are small. No cleaners for the entire stay; at the end of your visit you’re asked to sweep, strip the bedding, wash + dry dishes, and empty the bins (probably own fault for not being aware of this). Plenty of choices of where to eat, and local supermarket. In walking distance of local towns. 」
