「This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days.」

「This auberge is situated in the centre of Castellane, with a river at the rear that you can swim in. The breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it, lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. There is a large rear shaded terrace which was quiet snd you could relax have a drink. Castellane has a friendly, busy but relaxed vibe, plenty to see and do. I would definitely stay again. Ask for a room on the rear so that it is hidden from the buzz of the square. 」

「The hotel is a little paradise that you should not miss on your way to Gorge Verdon. We are so happy that we had stayed there 1 night in our Provence trip. It's surrounded by a golf course with mountain view at back so you can imagine how beautiful it is when at sunset and sunrise. Wake up early and take a walk around the golf course in the morning is a romance experience. The breakfast is excellent, don't miss the home-made yogurt which is thick and tasety.」
