「Villa Mary was a lovely place to stay, It was well approximated to the Loire river, chateaux and many restaurants, all within walking distance.Mary was so welcoming and a delight to interact with when we ran into her. We easily found parking right in front of her place.」

「The staff are wonderful. I wish check in hours weren’t so limited - we arrived earlier than expected and wanted to drop off our bags, but had to wait around in the car a long time (since we didn’t want to leave our luggage unattended) until the check in hour that begins at 5p, since the doors are locked and no one answered the door until then. Also wish that they had AC- it was pretty hot during our stay.」

「Everything was top notch; and Angel was amazing to deal with. They offered an excellent breakfast; and were top notch in accommodating and attending to all our needs. The rooms were delightful; and the stay was awesome! Would love to stay again next time. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Fantastic!」

「The owners, Gaelle and Bruno, are grand hosts and are charming. This visit was our second, and if we return to Amboise, we will stay there again. The rooms in the manor house are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is a must. Our hosts provided recommendations for dinner that were not tourist oriented, and helped us schedule a taxi to the railway station.」

「Beautiful property great location. My major issue was with the air-conditioning. There was none. It was a hot day in Amboise and the room was stifling. I opened the window to cool down but got bit by mosquitoes. I spoke to the front staff who said their heating and cooling were an eco-friendly system that didn’t work well on extreme temperature days. Other than that lovely day.」

「We loved it here and we will definitely be back the next time we decide to visit the Loire valley Conveniently located, right at the city center which made walking the city center really easy. Great restaurants all around and some small markets were close by too which made the trip really hassle free for us The royal chateaux was right outside our room window so the view was great at night when the castle was lit up」

「A high quality hotel in the town. The front desk is friendly and provide map amd infomations. The room is clean. The room is worm enough in cold winter.」

「We stayed here for 2 nights during the June heat wave. The property was interesting, in that it is a bunch of “cottages” that are connected like triplex. There is a pool and laundry facilities on site. Our cottage was clean, and efficient. The only drawback was no air conditioning. With the bedroom upstairs, it was unbearable. We ended up bringing the mattresses downstairs to sleep. Having the pool was fantastic. The location was handy for exploring the beautiful area.」
