The door codes were not sent to Hotels.com so we had to ring “urgency” alarm to get hold of staff who then came from elsewhere to assist. Super friendly, but it took forever to get in.

The hotel is in a great location for Futuroscope, so handy. Breakfast was really good with big selection. Room was spotless.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area.

It does what it needs

It is a ok hotel for a 1 night stay as we were passing by. We stayed with our dog and was enough space in the room for him. They don’t allow dogs in the breakfast area. Very basic hotel with few restaurants around that get very busy

Not a good experience :(

The place is okay in terms of value for money. Nevertheless, we had a bad experience with checking in. We arrived late and there was nobody there. We had to figures out that we were supposed to call a number. When we did that, the person that answered could only speak French (luckily my wife knows a bit of french) Aprt from that, we forgot an iPad in the room, and we realised and call (the following day), the told us that they didn’t find anything:(

Aucun sens commercial

Suite à une erreur de dates lors de ma réservation, il m’a été impossible d’annuler ou de modifier mon séjour, malgré mes démarches immédiates. La politique de prépaiement appliquée par le groupe Accor ne prévoit aucun remboursement ni modification dans ce type de situation, ce qui m’a contraint à perdre la totalité du montant engagé, soit quasiment 250 €. Lors de mes échanges avec le service client, je suis tombé sur un interlocuteur peu ouvert à la discussion. On m’a assuré qu’un responsable me rappellerait, mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour. En tant que professionnel amené à organiser régulièrement des séjours dans la région avec des groupes de stagiaires, cette expérience influence clairement mon choix : je saurai désormais vers quel hôtel ne pas me tourner pour mes prochaines réservations.
