We were pleasantly surprised that the complimentary breakfast was a full hot and cold breakfast. It included cereal, toast, fruit, ham and eggs with hash browns, tea, coffee and juice. This really makes the Sherwood excellent value for your money. The rooms are dated but clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Outdated furnishings. So-so check-in. Location is pretty central - easy to get to anywhere. Thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t. But we found a great breakfast place, Maid Marion Cafe, just a few minutes away.

From check in to check out, our experience was wonderful ! We had our 2 month old with us on our stay and there was plenty of room in our room (2 double beds with kitchenette) for his playpen to be set up and still be able to walk around easily! We are returning at the end for another stay, and we are very excited to go back!

Decent economy hotel, but apparently they think a double bed is a queen, and/or that customers don't know the difference. Booked a Queen room and arrived to a double. When I asked, I was assured it was a Queen, even after I noted that it was not as large as the Queen bed we have at home. Otherwise okay.
